• Check your state and local regulations for age restrictions and the legality of obtaining and possessing these products. We are unable to accept powder returns due to safety concerns. In California, you must be 21 years old to purchase black powder. The location in Anchorage, Alaska does not support ship-to-store. For delivery, a physical address is necessary. Within the continental United States, hazardous items including smokeless powder, black powder, primers, and fuses can only be transported by ground freight.
